Dr. Kim McLaren, Executive Director of Leadership Development and Evaluation, presented the Profile of a Berkeley County Educator. The model was created to mirror the Profile of a South Carolina Graduate approved by the South Carolina Association of School Administrators. The profile encompasses the District's vision and mission and outlines the professional characteristics and world-class skills that produce educators with world class knowledge.
