These are answers read out of documents that were already public — budget books, meeting minutes, permit records, roll-call votes. Each one states what it counted, what it is missing, and which documents it came from, so you can check it rather than take our word.
Nobody writes these by hand.
Each finding is generated from the same structured record the paid product answers from — the county's own published documents, machine-read and joined. When the record changes, the page changes with it, and the date on the page says when it was last true.
Figures are aggregate. We publish what a government body spent, decided, or permitted. We do not publish payroll, or anything else, attached to a named individual.
