Members present: Dr. Kent Murray, Mac McQuillin, Phillip Obie II, Shannon Lee, Kathy Schwalbe, Sally Wofford, Julius Barnes, Frank Wright
- Vice Chair Schwalbe called the meeting to order, a quorum was declared, and the media had been notified. On motion by Shannon Lee, second by Julius Barnes, the Board voted 7-1 to delay the implementation of changes in Policy BCBA until receiving more information. Until receiving more information and considering the matter further, the Board will continue with a moment of silence on the regular meeting agenda. Phillip Obie II voted against.Recorded
- Vice Chair Schwalbe led those present in the Pledge of Allegiance and asked the Board members to observe a moment of silence.Recorded
