• Quarterly Construction Update.  Deon Jackson, Chief Administrative Officer, introduced Gene Sides (Interim Executive Director of Facilities and Operations) and Crystal Queen (Project Manager).  They provided a Powerpoint presentation with updates on each of the District’s school improvement bond projects.  The Goose Creek High School renovation is complete and Philip Simmons High School is on schedule to open in August of 2017.  Criteria design is in progress for programming implementation and schematic pricing for Foxbank Elementary.  Berkeley Educational Center is currently undergoing stabilization and abatement is scheduled to begin after Thanksgiving.Recordedmoved by Michael Ramsey, seconded by Mac McQuillin
