• Guaranteed Maximum Price (GMP) for Bowen's Corner Elementary School.  Crystal Queen, Project Manager, introduced Ben Thompson with AAG and Bud Zipf with H. G. Reynolds Construction Company.  The group shared a Powerpoint presentation on the Bowen's Corner Elementary School construction project providing an overview of the plot layout, building blueprint, project timeline, and bid process.  Ms. Queen presented the proposed guaranteed maximum price (GMP) for approval.  Discussion was held on the project.  Michael Ramsey noted that the Hanahan community is very thankful that the project is underway.Recordedmoved by Michael Ramsey, seconded by Dave Barrow
