Members present: Mac McQuillin, Shannon Lee, Sally Wofford, Ann Conder, Kelly Spann, Michael Ramsey, Laura Kelly, and David Barrow. Frank Wright joined the meeting during Executive Session.

Signing of South Carolina School Board Member Ethical Principles. Chair Wofford read the South Carolina School Board Member Ethical Principles and Board members individually signed a poster signifying their pledge to honor these principles.
