Members present: Mac McQuillin, Frank Wright, and Laura Kelly
- Quarterly Construction Update. Mr. Jackson introduced Gene Sides, Director of Planning and Construction. He presented a Powerpoint presentation with a quarterly construction update. The District has 3 construction projects underway at the present time. Final construction phases are underway to Berkeley Education Center since the approval of the Guaranteed Maximum Pricing at the last Board meeting. Bowen's Corner Elementary School is currently on schedule for completion. Installation of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing is in progress and metal wall framing is being completed. Foxbank Elementary School metal wall framing and sheetrock installation is in progress on the first floor. Site prep for roadway and parking lot is underway. Weather delays have caused an accelerated schedule in masonry work.Recorded
