- Dr. Eddie Ingram, District Superintendent, presented information to the Board members regarding the McREL Administrator Evaluation Instrument. Dr. Ingram explained it was a growth model and would be an evidence-based evaluation tool. If interested in using the McREL instrument, Dr. Ingram recommends the Board bring in a representative from the company to explain in detail how to use the system and provide training. Extensive discussion was held about the evaluation process and the Board's vision and plans. Chair Wofford suggested August 7 as a date for the follow-up retreat with Dr. Overstreet and August 14 as a date for McREL training. Dr. Ingram will complete the self-assessment portion of the McREL instrument and provide the information to the Board members.Recorded
