- Chair Wofford called the meeting to Order, a quorum was declared and the media was notified.Recorded
- Prior to the commencement of the regular session, Chair Wofford notified the Board and Administration of BCSD of the loss of former District 4 school board member Mrs. Harriet Dangerfield of Summerville, South Carolina. Mrs. Dangerfield was first elected to the Board in 1994 and dedicated 12 years of service to the District. Chair Wofford led those present in the Pledge of Allegiance and the Board observed a moment of silence.Recorded
