- 2017-2018 Procurement Audit Presentation. Mr. Grow continued the Powerpoint presentation regarding the procurement portion of the audit. He stated that the District complied with requirements for the fiscal year in all materials except for the 3 findings noted. He spoke about the audit planning process, materiality in planning and executing the audit, and the auditor's responsibility under professional standards. In summary, Mr. Grow noted the District received 3 opinions for the audit and all were unmodified, the fund balance increased by over 12.9 million dollars, and the District is in good financial condition as of June 30, 2018.
