- James Thomas, Executive Director of Facilities and Maintenance, provided an updated on the Distict's construction and capital projects. Mr. Thomas stated that the only item remaining on the punch list for Philip Simmons High School is the gym floor. The contractor is working on the area of the floor that needs replacing. About 99% of the punch list is complete at Bowen's Corner Elementary. A few items remain, including the cooler/freezer equipment not working properly, installation of new sewer cleanouts, repair of the water lines, and a few warranty items. At Foxbank Elementary School, the punch list is about 80% complete. Crews are working hard on the exterior, with sod being installed and landscaping being completed very soon.Recorded
