- 5 Year Capital Projects Plan Update. Dr. Parker presented an update on the Capital Project Plan. He explained that construction of 2 new middle schools and 2 new elementary schools was needed very soon. He noted that classroom additions were needed at the following schools due to student enrollment: Cane Bay Middle, Cane Bay Elementary, Sangaree Middle, and Goose Creek Elementary. He listed school renovations in priority order, demolition projects, and other miscellaneous projects. Dr. Parker emphasized that the recommendations were based on money expected from possible impact fees and sales tax and did not consider funding from bonds.Recorded
