- Capital Projects Update. James Thomas, Executive Director of Facilities and Maintenance, provided a Powerpoint presentation updating the Board on the District's Capital Projects. He talked about progress at the four remaining bond referendum projects: Foxbank Elementary School, Berkeley Educational Center, Philip Simmons High School, and Bowen's Corner Elementary. He spoke about the renovation project at Mount Holly Elementary and the special funded welding program project at Timberland and Cross High Schools. Mr. Thomas noted that the District's Facilities Assessment/Master Plan was available on the District's website.Recorded
