- Educational Specifications and Land Acquisition Protocols. Dr. Tony Parker, Board Consultant, provided the Board with documents on recommended educational specifications for school prototype models. He shared a Powerpoint presentation on school design criteria for elementary, middle, and high school buildings. He explained that the specifications would be changing as the District works through this new process. He recommended capital planning information and educational specs be updated twice per year instead of 4 times a year as previously discussed. Dr. Parker provided a draft land acquisition evaluation template to use when land is being gifted or the Board contemplates purchasing land to build schools.Recorded
