- McREL Superintendent Evaluation Process. Superintendent Eddie Ingram provided the Board members with a sample copy of the McREL evaluation instrument. He talked about using this evaluation process and the opportunity for growth. He will be providing the Board with his self-assessment by the end of June.Recorded
