- Superintendent's Report. The District recently completed successful graduation ceremonies for all high schools. There were a total of 2,144 graduates; 239 Honors Graduates; 101 Palmetto Fellows Scholars; 538 Life Scholarship Eligible; 760 Hope Scholarship Eligible; 1 Service Academy Appointment; and 2 National Merit Scholars. Total scholarships earned to date by the seniors totals $42,186,769. Dr. Ingram noted that Philip Simmons High will celebrate their first graduation next year.Recorded
