• Committee Chair Mac McQuillin called the meeting to order, a quorum was declared, and the media had been notified.Recordedmoved by Laura Kelly, seconded by Mac McQuillin
• Dr. Parker presented the updated 5 Year Facilities Master Plan and spoke about the adjustments to the plan.  Hanahan Middle School will have major demolition and construction projects.  The additions will help keep the Tanner Plantation students in the Hanahan attendance zone.  At Berkeley High the plan is to demo the old annex building and add a new wing to connect the school and make if safer for the students.  The committee (M. McQuillin and L. Kelly) voted to amend the plan as proposed by administration to add the additions discussed.Recordedmoved by Mac McQuillin, seconded by Laura Kelly
