- 2020-2021 Capital Fund Budget Workshop - Mrs. Smith presented an overview of Capital Funding and highlights. She stated millage will remain at 70 mils, the estimated amount of new money to receive from the issuance and sale of general obligation bonds to be $31.6M and will continue with one bond issuance this year.Recorded
