Election of Board Officers: Mac McQuillin made a motion to nominate the following slate of officers: Sally Wofford, Board Chair; Mac McQuillin, Vice Chair; Michael Ramsey, Secretary. Kathy Littleton seconded the motion. The Board voted 7-1 to approve the nominations for Board officers. Yvonne Bradley voted against.Recordedmoved by Kathy Littleton, seconded by Ann Conder
