- 2020-2021 Capital Project Fund Discussion. Mrs. Ashley Smith updated the Board on the 2020-2021 Capital Fund Project stating the new projection indicates a 3% growth vs. the projected 1% discussed at the last meeting. Mrs. Smith stated all projects being presented will total $36.2 million.Recorded
