- Chair Barrow called the meeting to order, declared a quorum was present and the media had been notified.Recorded
- Chair Barrow asked Ms. Judy Rainey, 2020 District Teacher of the Year, to recognize Ms. Brittne Guerry as Berkeley County School Districts 2021 District Teacher of the Year. Ms. Guerry thanked the Board and expressed that she is honored, excited and humbled to be named the District Teacher of the Year. Ms. Guerry also thanked Nexton Elementary and Dr. Hoots. Chair Barrow gave the DTOY banner to Ms. Guerry to be displayed at Nexton Elementary School.Recorded
