Kirstin Tanner also recognized Philip Simmons Highs Visual Arts Department, taught by Paige Duvall and Eliza Hardman, and the display of student artwork in the entryway. She enco uraged everyone to take time to view the display.Recordedmoved by Sally Wofford, seconded by Michael Ramsey
