- Chair David Barrow called the meeting to order, declared a quorum was present, and the media had been notified.Recorded
- Chair Barrow recognized Diane Driggers, Chief Technology and Infrastructure Officer, to share information on the new iTOW - Innovative Technology on Wheels. Mrs. Driggers recognized Priscilla Calcutt, Instructional Technology Director, to present. They shared a timeline of technology integration in BCSD and thanked Google, Home Telecom, and Hanahan High Schools, Jason Bremer, Digital Art and Design Teacher. The iTOW vehicle was on display in the parking lot for visitors to walk through and see it in action.Recorded
- Chair Barrow called to return to Regular Session.Recorded
- Chair Barrow announced there would be a Budget Workshop on Tuesday, March 29th at 6:00. He also reminded the Board that due to Spring Break, the Board would not meet on the usual 2nd and 4th Tuesday's in April. They will meet on the 1st and 4th Tuesday, April 5th and April 26th. Chair Barrow also invited the Board to attend the Teacher of the Year Induction on Friday, March 25th at Freedom Church beginning at 4:30p.m. He went on to remind the Board about the deadline to file with the SC State Ethics Commission and the SCSBA Day at the Capitol on Wednesday, April 27th.Recorded
