• Committee Chair Kathy Littleton recognized Superintendent Jackson.  Mr. Jackson acknowledged the presentation has been a long time coming and will address student achievement and learning loss.  Mr. Jackson introduced Dr. Anthony Dixon, Chief Academic and Innovation Officer and Dr. Baird, Executive Director of Academics and Innovation to present the Academics & Innovation Instructional Framework Design.  Dr's. Dixon and Baird compared growth across the district from Fall 21-22 to Winter 21-22 and talked about keys to improve student achievement, focusing on learning, universal effective instruction, learning behaviors, instructional design, and PLCs.Recordedmoved by Kathy Littleton, seconded by Michael Ramsey
