- Ashley Smith presented the Board with the Revenue Projections for 2022-2023 from the House and Senate giving the estimated increases and decreases. Ms. Smith spoke about millage history and that Berkeley County has not seen an increase since 2018-2019. Ms. Smith gave an overview of revenue and expenditures, items for consideration, and discussed budget neutral positions. Discussion was held.Recorded
