• Return to Regular SessionRecordedmoved by Michael Ramsey, no second required.  Discussion was held to approve the incentive payment to full time $1,000 and part time employees $500, as presented, to be paid from the general fund for an approximate amount of $2,405,977.50.  David Barrow made an amendment to the motion to give all Berkeley County School District employees a two percent retroactive pay raise for the 2022-2023 school year from General Funds.  No second.  Amended motion fails.  Motion by David Barrow, seconded by Yvonne Bradley to give all Berkeley County School District employees a one thousand dollar incentive pay to be paid from General Funds
