- Committee Chair Michael Ramsey called the meeting to order, declared a quorum was present, and the media had been notified.Recorded
- Committee Chair Ramsey recognized Marcie Abrahamson, Chief Financial Officer, to give a first quarter financial update for information purposes only. Mrs. Abrahamson presented a PowerPoint and spoke on revenue and expenditures for the 23-24 General Fund Budget along with comparing 22-23 first quarter to the 23-24 first quarter. Mrs. Abrahamson also gave an update on the 23-24 Special Revenue, ESSER, EIA, Capital Project, and Child Nutrition budgets. Mrs. Abrahamson updated the Board on the Penny Sales Tax and Impact fees.
