- Chair McQuillin stated there needed to be three committee members appointed for the audit firm RFP. Chair McQuillin assigned Kathy Littleton, Michael Ramsey, and Jimmy Hinson to serve on the committee. He shared Lisa Ackerman, the Director of Procurement, would work with them to determine dates to evaluate proposals and then the committee would bring their recommendations to the full board at the end of March.Recorded
