- David Cheatwood, with First Tryon, presented a PowerPoint to the Board on the FY2526 Capital Project Funding. Mr. Cheatwood explained the outstanding debt composed of general obligation bonds and installment purchase revenue bonds. He gave an overview of Capital Project needs explaining there are over $950 million miscellaneous projects to be funded over a ten year period.Recorded
