• Committee Chair Joe Baker called the meeting to order, declared a quorum was present, and the media had been notified.Recordedmoved by Cindy Coats, seconded by Jerald Borden
• David Hemstrought, Director of Capital Projects, gave an update on the Penny Tax Projects.  Mr. Hemstrought shared the two new schools along with Hanahan Middles construction are on track to be completed on time and on budget.  Mr. Hemstrought talked about the other large projects that are in the works and the athletic upgrades and gave targeted completion dates.Recordedmoved by Cindy Coats, seconded by Joe Baker
